Follow these 8-easy steps to get started with your delicious fresh fruit delivery

1. Fruit quantity

First you’ll need to decide on the quantity of fruit. We normally recommend around two pieces per person per week, but it’s entirely up to you.

2. Staff distribution

Next, consider the distribution of your staff. If you have an office that’s spread over various floors or departments, we can break up your order to exactly match your staff’s distribution.

3. Fruit preferences

Then select your fruit preferences – you can tell us exactly which fruits are both included and excluded from your order. Or you can leave it to us to create a mix of the freshest, tastiest fruit that is also great value.

4. Frequency of delivery

We are able to provide a daily delivery service in most locations, allowing you to split your order into multiple delivery days to ensure you receive a fresh supply of fruit throughout the week. You can have anything from daily, weekly, monthly or ad hoc orders.

We currently deliver to Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and select regional centres.

5. Invoicing and Payment

You can be invoiced per order, weekly, or monthly, with invoices sent electronically to your preferred email address. Payment can be made by direct deposit, cheque or credit card.

6. Ordering Process

It’s easy to order with The Fruit Box. Every week we create a menu of seasonal fruit which we combine with your preferences, so you always receive the fresh fruit that you want.

Once you have established an account with us you can choose to receive a standing order, according to your desired delivery schedule.

If your regular delivery day happens to be on a public holiday, we’ll deliver your fruit the following business day.

7. Changes to your order

If you ever want to change your fruit box simply call or email us and we'll adjust your order.

8. How to order
